Can I set different capacities for different classes and disciplines?
Yes. Scheduled slots and classes have configurable capacities. Organise separate courses by level or discipline and see the bookings for each class.
Can I manage trial classes and make-up credits?
Yes. Trials and make-up credits follow your school and membership settings. During setup, we define the rules you want to keep instead of imposing the same model on every studio.
Do my members need to install an app to book?
No. The web booking platform works in a browser on phones and computers. A branded mobile app is planned as part of the offer, with availability arrangements to be agreed separately.
Can I keep my school’s logo, colours and rules?
Yes. Upload your logo, choose colours and a theme, and configure cancellation deadlines, trial classes and policies for expired certificates and insurance.
Can I bring data from my existing management software?
We assess your available data and the import process together. Before proceeding, we check the format, compatibility and information you need to preserve.
How do I activate Fonji?
