Yes. Create separate courses, assign teachers and rooms to scheduled slots, and plan recurring classes. The calendar lets you review your studio’s activities together.
Can I choose my own cancellation rules?
Yes. Your school can configure the free cancellation deadline and other booking rules. Memberships and class credits continue to follow the plans you set up.
Do my members need to install an app to book?
No. The web booking platform works in a browser on phones and computers. A branded mobile app is planned as part of the offer, with availability arrangements to be agreed separately.
Can I keep my school’s logo, colours and rules?
Yes. Upload your logo, choose colours and a theme, and configure cancellation deadlines, trial classes and policies for expired certificates and insurance.
Can I bring data from my existing management software?
We assess your available data and the import process together. Before proceeding, we check the format, compatibility and information you need to preserve.
